What I did?

Ahold Delhaize is a leader in supermarkets including e-grocery and e-commerce, and sustainable retailing. 7,659 stores serve 60 million shoppers every week in the United States, Europe, and Indonesia.

I’ve driven revenue growth through market research and strategic planning. By improving reporting and decision-making systems, I increased how data is used across the board. I developed channel e-groccery strategies that align with top leadership goals and implemented a white-label platform, resulting in cost savings and better customer satisfaction. Additionally, I successfully led teams in a SAFe agile environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

More than 550,000 guests stay in one of our holiday homes every month. Belvilla's revenue is $56 Million. The organisation's roots date back to 1980. Since 2019 is Belvilla a part of OYO Vacation Homes.

I launched a new product that exceeded revenue targets and secured numerous vendor contracts. Leading cross-functional teams, I defined features and enhanced customer experience. Additionally, I streamlined API development, reducing wait times and operational costs.

What is Booking.com?

Booking is one of the largest online travel agencies. It is headquartered in Amsterdam, generated $17 billion in 2022, a 55% increase year-over-year, reported $121.3 billion bookings volume, with 895 million nights booked and 23 million airline tickets purchased. Booking had over 110 million active mobile users.

Optimizing customer support and pricing for our product led to increased revenue and a significant reduction in support tickets. Using data analysis tools, I conducted successful product experiments. Additionally, I implemented new customer feedback systems and optimized pricing strategies, further enhancing overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Tandem leads and co-leads funding rounds with up to $500K in pre-seed and up to $2M in seed funding. Tandem Capital is a venture capital firm that focuses on seed-stage investments and provides support to startups in driving go-to-market innovation.

Developed comprehensive product roadmaps for startups, significantly boosting conversion rates through strategic design and targeted feature implementation. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and user needs. Also, integrated customer feedback to refine the product offerings, leading to improved user satisfaction and engagement.

What is Alan AI?

A mobile and web application with an Al Assistant to capture voice conversations in real- time, automatically transcribe to text with highlights, and share with your team. We realized the Al assistant is the next-gen UX for every software app and took the pivot to Alan Al. As of 2024 Alan AI's estimated annual revenue is currently $4.7M per year.

My work focused on enhancing user experience and engagement while ensuring alignment with business goals. I conducted in-depth competitor research and completely revamped the UX design, resulting in significantly higher conversion rates. I also implemented new design strategies and utilized data analysis to drive continuous improvements and achieve long-term success.

Croice offers a platform for bloggers to create and monetize interactive live audio streams, enabling direct engagement with their audiences and providing new revenue opportunities.

What is Croice?

Leading a 20-person team, I oversaw all aspects of product development and operations, achieving seamless coordination and strategic growth. I managed investor relations, providing clear and insightful reports on progress and milestones.

What I did?

As of 2010, Skype was available in 27 languages and has 660 million worldwide users, an average of over 100 million active each month by the end of 2009 Skype was generating around US$740 million in revenue.

What is Microsoft?

I led a team to successfully launch two comprehensive products: a real-time communication tool and a video messaging feature, both integrated into a major platform. My leadership facilitated smooth development and rollout.
